set liquid foundation with exposed organics finishing powder in celeste.
using a pencil brush, apply exposed organics eye dust in in the navy to crease.
use a fluffy blending brush to blend colors together.
dip a liner brush in exposed organics nectar transforming medium, then into in the navy eye dust.
line outer 1/3 of upper and lower lash line.
blend liner with pencil brush.
finish with mascara.

apply to entire lid.
